    REGISTER PRE-TRY OUT CAMP

    Choosing the right soccer club is a big decision.  We understand tryouts can be stressful and don't always give you a real feel for a club's culture, coaches, and players.  That's why KCMO Rush is doing things differently this year!   

    We've moved to Pre-Tryout Camps to provide a less stressful experience than a single tryout weekend. These camps give your son/daughter valuable time to connect with KCMO Rush, and they allow our coaches more opportunities for effective player evaluation.

    This is a chance for you and your player to get to know us in a relaxed, low-pressure environment.  Ask questions, meet the coaches and players, and see if KCMO Rush is the right fit.  We encourage you to explore your options, and we're confident you'll appreciate this opportunity to get to know us better.

    REGISTER PRE-TRY OUT CAMP

    • What should I bring?

      Please arrive 15 minutes before to confirm your registration. Players are expected to come with a pumped-up soccer ball, soccer cleats, shin guards, and proper soccer/athletic attire. All players are required to bring sufficient water to stay hydrated..

    • When can I join KCMO Rush?

      For Non-Rush players, spots can not be offered until June 8th. 

      Spots can be offered during Pre-Try Out Camps starting May 27th.

    • Can I attend both sessions?

      The more opportunities our coaches have to watch your son/daughter play, the better equipped they will be to make informed placement decisions that set them up for success within KCMO Rush. This increased exposure also helps your child feel more at ease and connected with our club.

    • Is this taking the place of the traditional tryout weekend?

      Yes, our Pre-Tryout Camps are designed to replace the traditional, high-pressure single-weekend tryout format. These camps offer a relaxed environment for your son/daughter to become familiar with KCMO Rush, while providing our staff with more opportunities for comprehensive player assessment
