KCMO Rush Registration Refund Policy

At KCMO Rush, our priority is providing a high-quality development environment for our players. Fulfilling this commitment requires careful planning, facility booking, and roster building well ahead of the season. Because player withdrawals significantly impact team stability and club operations, we enforce a firm financial policy.

General Policy: No Refunds

There are strictly NO refunds for KCMO Rush registrations.

Once a player is registered, all payments—including acceptance fees, club fees, team fees, and specialized program registrations—are entirely non-refundable. By completing your registration, you are committing to the team and the financial obligations for the duration of the season.

72-Hour Cancellation Window

We recognize that circumstances can change immediately after making a commitment. To accommodate this, we provide a brief grace period:

• You have exactly 72 hours from the time you complete your registration to cancel.
• Cancellations made within this 72-hour window are eligible for a full refund.
• To utilize this grace period, your cancellation request must be submitted in writing to club administration within the 72-hour timeframe.
• The minute the 72-hour window expires, the strict no-refund policy takes immediate effect, with no exceptions.
